Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Job Summary
The Marketing & Digital Strategist is responsible for assisting with developing our go-to-market strategy, product commercialization and campaign plans, and integrated marketing programs that drive product awareness and engagement across our reseller and end-user audiences. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, working cross functionally to bring marketing initiatives and products to market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, key initiatives and vertical marketing priorities
- Help define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions in alignment with the Product team to ensure clarity and differentiation in market
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns including project setup, timeline management and creative briefs to ensure smooth execution across the team
- Track and manage execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to the objectives, target audience and key messages
- Assist with developing sales enablement tools and campaign assets (presentations, one-pagers, toolkits) to support reseller engagement and encourage pipeline growth
- Maintain a campaign calendar and marketing roadmap to ensure visibility, alignment, and prioritization across all initiatives
- Measure campaign performance in partnership with the eCommerce team and customer feedback with the Sales team to refine messaging and content
- Support tradeshow and event marketing and lead execution in partnership with Sales to drive engagement and lead generation
- Partner closely with the Marketing & Digital Strategist to align campaign strategy with digital channel execution, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
Job Requirements
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Product marketing experience
- Proven ability to adapt and optimize messaging, by industry, channel, and end user to maximize engagement and conversion
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimize results
- Great collaborator and communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize multiple projects independently
- Strong communication, multitasking and attention to detail
- Project management experience
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
Computer equipment and level of software requirements:
- Expertise with Microsoft Office
- Smartsheet or similar project management software experience preferred

Work Environment:
- Usual office working conditions, occasional business travel to attend conferences, meetings, events or training (less than 5%).
