GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Software Developer/Analyst will help develop, implement, enhance, and support the Enterprise Applications and Integration platforms in a fast-growing product manufacturing and distribution company. Responsible for properly identifying and leveraging enterprise application functionality to support the business requirements with an in depth understanding of its configuration and design. Serves as technical expert to review business requirements and develop appropriate solutions via design, code, configuration, testing, and implementation with minimal oversight. Develops technical specification documentation, trouble shoots and fixes problems, and assists users with monitoring, reporting and data analysis. Supports integrations and applications used in an eCommerce focused product manufacturer and distributor (Netsuite, Salesforce, Boomi, etc.).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:
- Provide technical knowledge of ERP, CRM and integration platform functionality, integration, configuration, and hands on support.
- Design and document solutions to business problems that leverage the native functionality of systems, and efficient integrations/workflows.
- Configure system modules, install and customize modules as appropriate. May design and code custom applications and processes. Document configuration and customizations.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between the application suite leveraging integration platform (Boomi).
- Support production systems, data, proactively identify, troubleshoot and fix problems, and assist users with diagnosing production issues.
- Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact on content, processes, procedures, and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and Tier 2 application support.
- Troubleshoot and fix problems within the application system configuration, system customizations, related custom applications and interfaces.
- Assist with the maintenance of security authorizations and roles.
- Test applications and resolve user testing issues, train users.
- Adherence to change control standards, policies, and procedures. This includes testing and training procedures.
- Seize opportunities to take the initiative on providing technical solutions to business problems within a team environment.
- Participate in the business justification process for technical infrastructure projects by estimating efforts and resources, prioritizing effectively, and managing deadlines.
- Collaborate with application vendor technical support, hands on problem resolution with vendor technical support and driving open issues through to resolution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in application IT Development, Administration, Configuration & Support.
- Experience with at least two of the following: Salesforce, Integration platforms (preferably Boomi), and cloud based ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
- Understanding of Sales, Order to Cash and Financials processes and value streams.
- Experience in a business with eCommerce sales channels including websites (Magento, Shopify, etc.) and other common transactional interfaces (Channel Advisor, EDI, Amazon, etc.)
- Integration development & analysis - hands-on, full lifecycle software development experience developing and maintaining production integrations between enterprise applications, using at least one Integration Platform such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.
- Experience building integration processes and workflows, managing/deploying/supporting integrations and API’s, and leveraging common frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, complex mapping and scripting. Production support of complex environments including exception handling, alerting, auditing, and security patterns for interfaces and workflows.
- Knowledgeable in common ERP interfaces, such as sales tax (i.e. Vertex, Avalara, etc.) and common shipping, labeling and other add-on packages and modules.
- Willingness to learn Boomi and NetSuite if not part of current skill set.
