EBSCO provides paid maternity leave at no cost to eligible employees. This benefit will pay 100% of an employee’s basic earnings for up to 6 weeks for a normal delivery and up to 8 weeks for a cesarean delivery.

Healthy employees create healthy companies. Health-e, our onsite medical clinic, provides comprehensive primary care services for all employees, spouses, and dependents over age two who are covered by EBSCO’s medical insurance plan.

Lunch doesn’t have to be a hassle. The Treetop Café serves a variety of breakfast and lunch options at subsidized prices—with a view of our beautiful setting that can’t be beat. Free coffee and tea are also available all day, every day.

IPSWICH, MASSACHUSETTS
