GENERAL PURPOSE:

 

KwikBoost, a manufacturer of commercial mobile device charging solutions is looking to add an ambitious, self-starting Marketing Coordinator to our creative team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this highly-collaborative position is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing communications projects that promote the KwikBoost brand and products. This role will assist in managing digtial marketing activities including social media, website initiatives, email campaigns, paid advertising, and the development of collateral and sales tools to generate leads and drive engagement. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in collecting and analyzing data to help drive traffic to the website and increase eCommerce sales.  The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage and fully execute email marketing campaigns through build and deployment using marketing automation platform
  • Develop, write, and produce quality content including blog articles, success stories, product brochures, spec sheets, infographics, one-pagers, and videos.
  • Maintain in all communications a distinctive voice that adheres to KwikBoost brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across media and channels.
  • Manage the setup, launch, and analysis of social media campaigns with a focus on growing traffic.
  • Assist with Amazon and Google ad agency management. Evaluate and monitor advertising campaign performance monthly.
  • Assist in website design and management projects, maintain online product listings, update pricing, and monitor e-commerce sales.
  • Create new ecommerce and web pages as needed.
  • Write and publish blog articles, including imagery and supporting creative content. 
  • Maintain KwikBoost’s monthly marketing calendar to deliver on set dates and activities.
  • Assist in writing and editing content for email distribution and other digital media projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Keep up to date on email marketing, social and digital media trends, best practices and monitor competitor initiatives in the space

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Special projects as assigned
  • Assemble product samples and/or help with photo shoots as required

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with creating and editing content using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and contribute to the performance of the team

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • Work History Requirements:
    • Prefer 3-5 years marketing experience
    • Experience with CRM systems; SalesForce a plus
    • Understanding of marketing automation; Pardot experience a plus

 

  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience

 

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND LEVEL OF SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus
  • WordPress experience a plus
