GENERAL PURPOSE:

 

The eCommerice Marketing Coordinator for Stand Steady will support the Marketing department to accomplish ambitious growth plans. Specifically, they will be responsible for helping to execute all aspects of the Marketplace and Web businesses (standsteady.com, Amazon, Target, Wayfair etc.). This includes creating listings, running advertisements, and conducting A/B tests for all channels. They will be implementing new product listings, maintaining our existing portfolio of products, and seeking new opportunities for growth via new channels, new products, or new functionality. Requires an analytical, detail-oriented individual who is deadline driven and able to stay organized while multitasking.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:

 

  • Marketplace & Website Execution                                               
    • Understand and stay up to date on the competitive landscape to keep our portfolio updated, including price, photo, text, and positioning changes
    • Stay updated on channel specific advertising opportunities, such as DSP, Google betas
    • Optimize listings and pricing, implement A/B tests and address recent customer comments/reviews
    • Write frontend and backend copy for products, including backend keywords
    • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Ensure listings are live, accurate, and are maintaining page rank.
    • Troubleshoot / brainstorm to fix products that are off track or declining

 

  • Advertising & Reporting
    • Daily optimization of ad campaigns which involves making changes to budgets and keywords
    • Understand and analyze business & advertising reports, and enact changes based on them
    • Help manage substantial advertising budget to ensure we meet or exceed ACOS or ROAS goals
    • Document and report on tests run across the business. Ensure tests are measurable and enact business changes based on the results

 

  • Innovation
    • Participate in product launches, including writing text and reviews tracking
    • Continually update process and run tests to improve launch process
    • Continually look for new products, channels, or tools to improve our sales and/or profitability

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assist Customer Service in creating marketing copy for scripts
  • Assist with SEO and SEM
  • Manage other marketplaces as determined by current priority levels

  • Marketing skills with eCommerce in an online business preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Please tailor to your skills):

  • Education Requirements:
    • High School Diploma/GED required
    • Completed College Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Experience can be substituted for college level education

 

Computer equipment and level of software requirements:

 

  • Office 365 experience preferred
