In 2021, we are taking our marketing efforts to the next level. We seek a talented Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience executing profit-driven advertising campaigns, experience working with websites for improved conversion rate and UX, and success deploying A/B testing campaigns.


The Digital Marketing Ecommerce Manager is on the Stand Steady Marketing team and is responsible for all advertising performance. This individual will help develop the strategy for and execute efforts for full-funnel advertising efforts.


Driving sales of company products through our website is critical to the future of the business. This objective makes the management of the website’s marketing activity a high priority along with concurrent marketing on our channels. This position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented and result-driven marketing manager.



  • Own digital advertising efforts for the Stand Steady brand and constantly look for ways to optimize and proactively improve them
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns, including weekly review of KPIs, and thought leadership on advertising strategy 
  • Actively manages the Stand Steady advertising budget across all platforms
  • Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to build reports that monitor campaign and page performance to help determine areas of improvement
  • Update the marketing calendar on-going to drive cross-channel alignment
  • Monitor and analyze website conversion rate and suggest changes to improve results
  • Manage Marketing A/B testing and optimization via all relevant media which may include online, email, social and website marketing
  • Oversee production and delivery of digital marketing creative and coordinate photo/video shoots as needed
  • Utilize competitive, category, consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to further understand customer needs/trends to validate and optimize concepts that will drive growth volume and meet objectives 
  • Generate new ideas and areas of opportunity for advertising to increase revenue



  • Special projects as assigned may include email marketing, website changes, public relations, supporting other teams, and other tasks as needed


  • Experience managing/optimizing ads for Facebook, Google (including Search & Smart Shopping), Bing, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Proven ability managing ad spend for high-growth direct eCommerce product brand(s)
  • Proven experience executing profit-driven advertising campaigns to meet business goals
  • Demonstrated expertise using data, analytics and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements
  • Independent work on a day to day basis, without supervision or direction, and independent decision making
  • Proactive problem solver

  • Work History Requirements:
    • Minimum 4-5 years work experience managing and optimize advertising campaigns to meet business goals
    • Minimum 2 years work experience in online marketing for a transactional ecommerce website and multi-channel sales
  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Marketing, Business, Math or Science


  • Marketing technology experience: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, SEO Tools, Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Office Suite – especially strong Excel
  • Strong social media technology platform marketing experience 



  • Google Ads Certification
