SideTrak Digital Marketing Coordinator will support Marketing Specialist to accomplish our ambitious growth plans. Specifically, they will be responsible for assisting and helping to execute all aspects of our Amazon and Web Marketplaces (brand websites –, etc.) This includes creating listings, running advertisements, and conducting A/B tests for all channels. They will be implementing new product listings and launches, maintaining our existing portfolio of products, and seeking new opportunities for growth via new channels, new products, or new functionality. Requires an analytical, detail-oriented individual who is deadline driven and able to stay organized while multitasking.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:


  • Marketplace Execution:                                               
    • Understand the competitive landscape to keep our portfolio up to date, including price, photo, text, and positioning changes
    • Manage channel specific advertising opportunities, example lightning deals
    • Improve listings and pricing to ensure they are market competitive, and have addressed recent customer comments
    • Create text, bullet points, and backend keywords for products
    • Ensure listings are live, accurate, and are maintaining page rank.
    • Troubleshoot / brainstorm to fix products that are off ramp


  • Advertising & Reporting
    • Daily, optimize ad campaigns and make changes to budgets and keywords
    • Weekly, spend time learning about and implementing new best practices to improve online advertising performance
    • Understand reports ran on Sales by Channel, Sales by SKU, Product rank, and Ad performance, and enact changes based on them
    • Help manage substantial advertising budget to ensure we meet or exceed ACOS or ROAS goals
    • Document and report on tests run across the business. Ensure tests are measurable, ensure they are measured, and enact business changes based on the results


  • eCommerce & Innovation
    • Participate in product launches, including writing text and reviews tracking
    • Continually update process and run tests to improve launch process
    • Continually look for new products, channels, or tools to improve our sales and/or profitability




  • Assist Customer Service in creating written content to customers
  • Assist with SEO and SEM
  • Manage other marketplaces as determined by current priority levels




  • Marketing skills with eCommerce in an online business preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Please tailor to your skills):

  • Education Requirements:
    •  Bachelor’s degree required (2 years' experience can be substituted for college education)


Computer equipment and level of software requirements:
