We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to help us increase sales revenue by expanding our client base and growing existing customer accounts. Your role will be to seek and develop new business opportunities by developing and qualifying relationships with potential customers.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new potential clients.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:


  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services to prospects that match our customer profile
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals and value propositions
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize marketing campaigns for new business
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching new business opportunities
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Meeting all KPIs for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

  • Work History Requirements:
    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, live chat and email)
    • Proven sales track record
    • Experience in customer service and support is a plus
  • Educational Requirements:
    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field


Computer equipment and level of software requirements:


  • Familiarity in MS Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
