EBSCO’s CorpIT team is seeking a Identity & Access Management Specialist III to join the team. This key position will work with key stakeholders across EBSCO’s diverse business portfolio to align them within our Okta ecosystem. The Specialist will join an existing four-person team and play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts, and providing solutions for multiple IAM tracks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Effectively deliver the complete life cycle of workforce oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) services including; strategy, organizational design, process re-engineering and technology implementation.
• Facilitate information gathering, requirements analysis and design activities that support actionable IAM roadmaps and strategies for our clients as well as functional requirements for IAM solution implementation.
• Functional areas and work experience should include; fine-grained access control, policy driven security, Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged access management, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and federation.
• Lead functional staff through the IAM engagement lifecycle for strategy, design and implementation engagements.
• Implement Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), including analytical role mining and entitlement analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, or similar field (work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
- 5 + years of experience required in Information Technology.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory Management
- 2+ years of experience with IAM software (Okta preferred)
- Technical Certifications (CISSP, Microsoft, Vendor specific certifications)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong working experience in Implementation, administration and support of Microsoft Active Directory (2012-higher)
- CyberArk. Experience with privileged access solutions (CyberArk).
- Strong networking background. Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, overall network troubleshooting
- Knowledge and understanding of various IAM concepts
- Experience and expertise in SSO/MFA (ADFS, Okta, Ping, etc)
- Familiarity with VPN solutions (Netscaler, Zscaler)
- Experience with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Processes
- Experience with patch management/systems maintenance
- Knowledge and understanding of identity lifecycle management processes
