We are on an ambitious growth journey and seeking a client services specialist for our Commercial Lines Division – (business insurance including property and casualty, worker’s compensation and other commercial programs for business and industry).

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to client managers, producers and other team members when needed.
  • Under supervision, provides administrative and operational support to existing accounts and clients. This may involve answering questions, furnishing supporting documentation, interpreting and communicating policy coverage, etc.
  • Under supervision, issues and processes various insurance documents, such as Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Coverage, billing certificates, renewals, etc.
  • Under supervision, processes policy renewal requests and endorsements.
  • Inputs and tracks activities in account management systems.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior insurance experience
