As an Administrative Assistant/Client Services Specialist you’ll serve as the face of our office, greeting our clients, visitors and guests; setting the tone for the experience our clients and visitors have come to expect while also providing support to our Commercial Lines division.

In this role you will:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to team members.
  • Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distribute items.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintain expense reporting for select team members.
  • Provide support to client managers, producers and other team members when needed.
  • Under supervision, provide administrative and operational support to existing accounts and clients. This may involve answering questions, furnishing supporting documentation, interpreting and communicating policy coverage, etc.
  • Under supervision, issue and processe various insurance documents, such as Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Coverage, billing certificates, renewals, etc.
  • Under supervision, process policy renewal requests and endorsements.
  • Input and track activities in account management systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


You have:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize frequent deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office


You may have:


  • Prior experience in an insurance office setting
