GENERAL PURPOSE:

SideTrak Sales Representative (Remote) position is an exciting opportunity for you to build a brand-new innovative technology product into a corporation must-have brand. You will need to have an established set of contacts relevant to the SideTrak product line, the ability to manage your day to day responsibilities with little direction, and the drive to go big!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Sell SideTraks to your exiting contacts to allow fast ramp up of sales on the SideTrak product line

· Establish and manage sales pipeline that leverage the B2B market to drive revenue growth

· Identify and pursue new B2B customers and key state holders in corporations

· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

· Develop and execute plan for lead generation events and tradeshows to include major tradeshows, regional events, and webinars

· Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences

· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

· Actively seek out new ways to develop and improve

· Meeting all KPIs for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals

· Track, report, and analysis results to optimize lead generation strategy based on reporting

· Collaborating with management and marketing team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

· Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Special projects as assigned, may include public relations, and other tasks as needed

· Occasional travel to office in Virginia and/or Illinois

 

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

 

· Experience selling within the Tech industry

· Ability to travel

· Ability to build easy rapport with customers

· Multiple sales techniques (cold calls, live chat, and email)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong computer skills and understanding

· Ability to adjust easy and learn new processes

· Independent work on a day-to-day basis, without supervision or direction

· Independent decision maker

· Problem solver

· Ability to multitask

· Positive, can-do attitude

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Work History Requirements:

· Proven 3 years of experience in relevant role

Education Requirements:

· High school degree

Established business contacts relevant for the SideTrak product

 

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND LEVEL OF SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

 

· Familiarity in MS Office Suite

· Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
