Job Title- Warehouse Production Worker

Job Summary

Ani-Logics Outdoors, a division of PRADCO Outdoor Brands and EBSCO Industries, is seeking a full-time, on-site Warehouse Production Technician to join our team in Worthington, MN.  This person in this position will be part of a team responsible for all in-house production of granular minerals, attractants and feed.

Job Responsibilities

• Record inbound bulk deliveries by lot number.
• Record daily production by size and lot number.
• Ensure production is done correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform all aspects of production while meeting productivity requirements for each job.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and clean area as needed.
• Inspect general appearance of raw material, work in progress, and finished products.
• Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet wrappers.
• Help in the warehouse fulfillment department when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Proficient in Basic Mathematical skills: Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication.

Essential Job Functions

• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• May involve some repetitive motions
• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling.
• Ability to lift 50 – 60 lbs. frequently
• Must work effectively with co-workers as a team member and support safe, quality production.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Forklift License.
