Job description

Supports inbound phone calls and provides customers with product, shipment, and service information. Facilitates order processing and provides exceptional customer service.


Specific Duties:

  • Answers inbound phone calls
  • Enters orders into the computer
  • Processes shipping labels
  • Communicates with customers via phone and email


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1 year experience providing customer service via phone, email or chat in a consumer goods sales environment
  • Exceptional Customer Service Abilities
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Computer experience working on a PC or MAC


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
  • An interest in hunting, fishing or outdoor sports a plus but not required.
