  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team that fires on all cylinders
  • Lead the Moultrie Mobile marketing team, overseeing all aspects of marketing: creative, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand, and product & channel marketing
  • Work with your team to define strategy and direction for new campaigns, align brand standards across all channels, and coordinate with internal and external resources to execute
  • Develop and manage marketing program budgets; measure and optimize marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and deliver high ROI
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with our agency partners
  • Leverage in house social and digital advertising experience along with our influencer network to build brand awareness and engage our community
  • Drive lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize user retention through successful new user onboarding, expanding feature adoption, seasonal reactivation campaigns, and ongoing user engagement
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to launch new products and build customer awareness and excitement
  • Oversee execution of annual trade shows
  • Develop quality assurance processes to ensure everything goes out right the first time
  • Work with the leadership team to make decisions that impact Moultrie Mobile

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years overall Marketing experience with at least 5 years as a Director or VP of Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or similar relevant field
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills/Qualities:

  • Demonstrated ability to launch new branded consumer products and grow sales
  • Social/digital marketing experience
  • Creative at heart, with an eye for detail and strong appreciation for quality messaging/copy and creative design
  • Experience leading team of 10-15 managers and individual contributors
  • Love for the outdoors
