JOB SUMMARY:

PRADCO Outdoor Brands seeks a talented digital designer to join its Digital Initiatives Team. This exciting new team is responsible for driving sales through direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and other e-comm channels. As the Senior Digital Designer, you will direct and design assets that support sales on both owned and 3rd party e-comm channels. You will work in collaboration with brand marketing teams to ensure creative output is consistent with brand guidelines. Your creative input will be valued as we look to take all e-comm materials to the next level! This means you are expected to understand best practices for creating engagement and driving conversions through design. Copywriting experience is a plus. You will report to the Digital Sales Director and enjoy the robust benefits of our parent company, EBSCO Industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in close collaboration with colleagues to conceptualize, develop, and produce exceptional design for digital executions across a range of platforms
  • Build promotional and transactional email graphics and templates
  • Enhance product photography with feature/benefit call outs to improve e-comm pages
  • Design display ads in multiple sizes that visually engage users and drive click through
  • Produce Amazon A+ and similar enriched content for e-comm pages
  • Develop graphics for website implementation including hero images, category pages, and custom landing pages
  • Assist in the creation of website design including wireframes, headers, footers, and page templates
  • Assist in the development of sales materials such as line review decks, one-sheeters, direct mailers, etc.
  • Collaborate on email copy, subject/preview lines, and display ad sales pitches
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards
  • Assist with digital media, website content, photography / video content creation 
  • Coordinate with outside vendors as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience (Portfolio/work samples required prior to interview)
  • Fluent in industry tools: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD or equivalent
  • Knowledge of media requirements and terminology

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Background and interest in the outdoor industry
  • Background in brand creation assets
