Moultrie Mobile’s Sr. Designer drives the design and execution of creative projects for all brand-related activities—developing the brand lifestyle through multiple mediums. A collaborator in concepting, executing, and managing creative output across print, digital, packaging, OOH, and sales enablement materials. Understanding key business objectives and translating them into visual assets and messaging for Moultrie Mobile's brand will be essential for success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of creative projects across multiple content pipelines, ensuring that all content is creatively inspiring, on strategy, and executed at the highest level of quality.
- Manage and maintain digital assets in DAM system with a well-established file structure (taxonomy) created with the Head of Brand to link all documents and ensure key stakeholders can access the required files.
- Work with the Director of Creative and Sr. Art Director to concept, create, edit, and version assets across a variety of mediums associated with Moultrie Mobile’s integrated marketing plan.
- Shepherd projects through the entire production process, managing schedule and budget.
- Support Brand team in bringing the Moultrie Mobile brand to life emotionally engaging material for the end user.
- Maintain brand standards across all channels ensuring correct colors, fonts, typography, imagery, and tone for all design files.
- Partner with the Director of Channel Marketing on asset creation for sales enablement programs including product line reviews and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with agencies to scale various creative projects from concept to completion—keeping agencies on task and accountable for high-quality execution.
- Work with the Head of Digital to create digital designs/templates for social media, E-commerce, websites, and email.
- Serve as significant support for all design projects.
- Ability to travel as required for content shoots and collaboration with external partners.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- BA with a concentration in Design, Art, or Marketing.
- 3+ years' experience with a creative agency or in-house creative department.
- Highly organized with a strong bias for meeting deadlines.
- Ability to understand and contribute to creative and technical discussions around project work.
- Experience working in a production-focused role.
- Effectively work and collaborate remotely in various time zones.
- Experience working in an environment where discretion regarding sensitive or confidential information is required.
- Experience working within collaborative teams of all sizes.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, XD, and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom is a plus.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in Asana and ability to communicate, develop projects, maintain workload and meet deadlines.
