We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Device Program Manager to take charge of engineering and program timelines for our cutting-edge consumer electronics. This pivotal role will drive breakthroughs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that thrill our customers.

We are seeking a results-driven Device Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of Moultrie’s cutting-edge consumer electronics. This pivotal role will lead cross-functional teams, manage engineering and program timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, project management excellence, and leadership to drive innovation and impactful results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with product management to define product roadmaps, development goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for new device programs.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through all product development phases, including discovery, concept, prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, ramp-up, and launch.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and timelines. Proactively identify and address potential delays or risks to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across technical, supply chain, and regulatory areas throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between engineering, design, marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure cohesive product development.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of consumer electronics hardware, software, and manufacturing processes to guide informed decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet rigorous standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with contracts, and alignment with project goals.
  • Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance after launch and implement improvements as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience managing complex programs from concept to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of consumer electronics development, including hardware, software, and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical details to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience delivering consumer electronics projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards for consumer electronics.

Essential Job Function

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for hunting or the outdoors.
  • Experience as a Program Manager, Project Lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience with budgetary planning, cost tracking, and financial accountability for projects.
