We are seeking a junior product professional who will help document and develop new product and feature concepts, bring them to market, and ensure they continue to delight customers. As Product Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive product decisions and will work with the Product team to define the product feature-sets, implementation, positioning, and product launch. You will also be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with program management and engineering to establish, test, and execute against product or feature requirements and KPIs to ensure the best customer experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years’ experience in product management, brand or project management or equivalent
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Ability to work independently

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outdoor (hunting and fishing) product-related background or familiarity preferred
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Jira, Asana
  • Strong analytical skills

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze consumer, competitive, and product research to drive product decisions
  • Support product managers in defining product concept, feature-set, positioning, implementation, and strategy
  • Help test and tabulate results for products and features; ensure KPIs are met and products delight customers
  • Work closely with Program Managers and engineering to ensure product development is on schedule and that product requirements are being met
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging at and post launch
