Job Summary
PRADCO Outdoor Brands seeks a creative and team-oriented individual to join its Marketing Team as Production Specialist. The position will focus on content production including the planning, execution, and post-production work necessary to execute against a larger content marketing plan. Photography, videography, editing, and graphic design will comprise the bulk of the workload. Additionally, the Marketing Production Specialist will version artwork and regularly contribute to marketing discussions. While the position is based in the marketing department and reports directly to the Director of Marketing, there will also be touchpoints with various divisions. Job Responsibilities
- Film and edit video for multiple outlets including television, websites, social media, and internal presentations
- Scout, shoot, & edit lifestyle photography for multiple platforms including e-commerce, social media, sales materials, and catalogs
- Lead efforts for brainstorming, scripting, scheduling, talent acquisition, and props for all shoots
- Own product catalog design and maintenance
- Assist Digital Marketing Manager and Creative Production Manager with version artwork for multiple assets including packaging, POP displays, signage, social media, digital campaigns, and websites
- Collaborate with Marketing team to execute deliverables as needed for content marketing plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in creative, digital, or marketing and associated work experience with photography/videography and associated post-production work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with concentration in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier
Essential Job Functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate and maneuver in a highly dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Work independently and cross-functionally as needed
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Preferred Skills
- Digital and/or social media background preferred
- Background in hunting and outdoor sports and/or experience in the outdoor sporting goods industry
