Who We Are:

Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, PRADCO Signature Brands is comprised of three distinct hunting brands. They are Moultrie cameras, feeders and accessories, Summit Treestands and Code Blue-D/Code scents and scent elimination. What We’re Looking For:

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist with execution of multiple marketing plans across the Signature hunting brand portfolio. Working with external and internal resources, this position will assist with consumer/customer service and partnership communication to ensure each brand’s voice is consistent across platforms. The Marketing Communications Coordinator owns relationship management for Moultrie, Summit and Code Blue. The Marketing Communications Coordinator must be exceptionally organized with exemplary communication skills.



  • Collaborate with Business Unit Brand Management to ensure that brand messaging, and brand standards are adhered to across all marketing platforms
  • Serve as lead on all consumer service questions via each brand’s social media platforms
  • Manage and maintain influencer and customer relationships
  • Research marketing trends to advance brand awareness, advertising, and sales
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager with annual content marketing plan including social, email, press release, blog, and e-commerce content
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Production Manager with video production and photography needs


Specific Duties:

  • Liaison to internal customer service to ensure customer communication is seamless and information is accurate
  • Provide weekly report on incoming consumer/customer service issues from various customer service success programs
  • Assist with fulfillment of partnership agreements including execution, monitoring, and recaps
  • Daily monitoring of influencer and customer content
  • Research marketing trends including non-traditional advertising opportunities and influencer/partnership opportunities to expand brand voice
  • Provide monthly updates on regulation information for each brand
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager with assets needed for consumer/customer platforms
  • Assist Creative Production Manager with creation of assets for all brands in the portfolio including videography, photography, and packaging
  • Assist Creative Production Manager with marketing asset cataloging
  • Assist with marketing initiatives for the brands -- promotions, PR, advertising, media, printed collateral, catalogues, corporate partnerships, tradeshows, and other activities as required


Basic Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Preferred minimum of 1year successful content marketing calendar experience required
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in completing and managing projects with minimal oversight and against aggressive timelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook; PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite


Preferred Skills/Qualities:

  • Knowledge of fundamental market research techniques; demonstrated ability to develop research strategies to determine customer requirements and evaluate market competition.
  • Possess excellent project management track-record: web, social media, and digital advertising
  • A background in the hunting, fishing or outdoor sporting goods market is highly preferred
