Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage onboarding for all new employees, ensuring a seamless start-to-finish experience.
- Support a positive workplace environment by identifying and addressing employee relations concerns. Collaborate with managers to develop fair and effective resolutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support leadership and staff by educating them on HR best practices and helping navigate complex employee issues.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of HR initiatives that drive engagement, compliance, and performance.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource by providing consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
- Lead or assist with training sessions for supervisors and staff on topics such as conflict resolution, employee relations, and effective management practices.
- Coordinate employee engagement and advocacy programs including philanthropic initiatives, employee events, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the performance review process by providing tools, guidance, and recommendations to managers and leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of HR generalist or related experience.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
