Moultrie Mobile, the leader in cellular trail camera technology, is looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to expand its online footprint and take control of the digital conversation in a highly competitive landscape. Your primary responsibility is to concept, execute, and report against digital marketing strategies designed to give Moultrie Mobile maximum penetration into relevant online spaces. You will manage a variety of internet marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, content, online partnerships, e-commerce, and influencer programs. In order to be effective, you will own KPI reporting and continually optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency. You are expected to be a creative thinker who is one step ahead of the curve and always two steps ahead of our competition. The moment a consumer enters the top of the funnel, you are the reason Moultrie Mobile is the first brand they see. And at the moment of purchase, you are the reason they choose Moultrie Mobile. In addition to architecting awesome digital strategies to dominate the cellular trail camera market, you will work with a fun team of self-starters who are just as scrappy and driven to win as you. 


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies that generate buzz for Moultrie Mobile, communicate its benefits and drive Moultrie Mobile sales 
  • Develop digital campaigns that meet consumers in various stages of consideration and drive them towards conversion
  • Manage and optimize online advertising platforms such as SEM, social media, and display networks
  • Manage social media strategies across owned and third-party channels  
  • Collaborate with digital partners to drive Moultrie Mobile messaging and build 3rd party credibility
  • Manage search engine optimization to grow Moultrie Mobile’s organic reach  
  • Manage influencer and affiliate programs
  • Obsessively track KPIs in search of optimizations and tie them back to larger business goals  
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, software development, and consumer service teams to align timing and content of messaging  
  • Stay abreast on developing online trends to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate  
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Ownership of the digital marketing budget
  • Manage an internal digital marketing team
  • Manage external vendors as needed  


Basic Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Business, Marketing or related major
  • Minimum 4 years’ work experience in online marketing
  • Proven record of building winning digital strategies for other companies  
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media programs
  • Strong competency in KPI/ROI reporting and communicating results to stakeholders  
  • Up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Well versed in Google Analytics, GTM, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products
