Position Overview:
Moultrie operates in a facility that employees 75-120 people and processes thousands of deliveries each day. Moultrie is seeking individuals for various order processing, stocking, and inventory maintenance tasks. This position is at PRADCO’s Distribution Center in Calera, Alabama.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging produced parts and instructions into individual shipping containers for specified products.
- Use power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other miscellaneous equipment to modify components as needed for specialized product assembly.
- Assist in achieving daily quality targets for departments. Report any quantity discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages, wrong UPCs, and miss-packed items) to a manager.
Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma, GED, or other comparable completion certificate.
- The capacity for simple math.
- The capacity to read, evaluate, and interpret general procedure and specification sheets.
Essential Job Functions:
- The employee must be able to lift or move over 60 pounds regularly and stand for up to ten hours a day.
- The individual must cooperate in daily workflow decisions and perform routine activities in differing departments as necessary.
- The capacity to interact and communicate with coworkers and the boss in an effective manner.
- Experience working with Microsoft OS and the 365 platform, as well as some iOS experience and the ability to interface handheld scanning devices to both.
- The work environment is typical of an unacclimatized warehouse, with air temperature fluctuating with the weather.
