We’re looking for a Marketing Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can balance strategy with execution. This person will play a central role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that elevate the Vulcan brand, support business development, and communicate our capabilities with clarity and impact.

Essential Job Function

Brand & Content Development

  • Create and manage marketing content across multiple channels, including website, email, print, social media, and video.
  • Manage ongoing updates to sales materials, presentations, brochures, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, engineering, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Help create and support video, photography, and digital asset production showcasing Vulcan’s work, people, and facilities.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow Vulcan’s presence on digital platforms, including LinkedIn, website, and email marketing.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to inform future strategies and improve engagement.
  • Maintain website content and SEO best practices to ensure visibility and relevance.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop sales tools and collateral including product sheets, presentations, and case studies.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of targeted communications to key accounts and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support proposals, client presentations, and trade show follow-ups.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Coordinate Vulcan’s presence at industry trade shows and conventions.
  • Manage pre-show planning, booth assets, creative displays, and post-show follow-up communications.
  • Capture and share content that highlights Vulcan’s involvement and impact at major industry events.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiators.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
  • Sales Force (CRM) reporting

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; able to translate technical or production capabilities into compelling content.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across departments in a hands-on environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the retail display, manufacturing, or creative services industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfort with photography, video production, or visual storytelling.
  • A creative thinker who enjoys blending design, content, and analytics to drive measurable results.
