ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:


  • Establish and manage sales pipeline that leverage the B2B market to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new B2B customers and key state holders in corporations through various prospecting tools to generate new business
  • Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients; maintaining database through Salesforce and ERP tools by organizing prospective client information
  • Develop and execute plan for lead generation events and tradeshows to include major tradeshows, regional events, and webinars
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences
  • Cold calling, qualifying leads and virtual presentations utilizing Teams
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Actively seek out new ways to develop and improve
  • Meeting all KPIs for sales activities including customer outreach via calls, appointments, and meetings; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Track, report, and analysis results to optimize lead generation strategy based on reporting
  • Collaborating with management and marketing team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day




  • Special projects as assigned, may include public relations, and other tasks as needed

  • Work History Requirements:
    • Proven 3 years of experience in relevant role
  • Education Requirements:
    • High school degree


Computer equipment and level of software requirements:


  • Familiarity in MS Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
