Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, full cycle Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and top-line revenue generation. This person has B2B sales experience and is knowledgeable about the commercial solar industry. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you must be a hunter - as you will be responsible for developing relationships with potential new accounts and identifying business opportunities to hit your sales quota.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients through strategic prospecting, utilizing channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate qualified leads.

  • Develop relationships with enterprise or mid-market clients to increase revenue.

  • Pursue relationships with potential new accounts and identify business opportunities by understanding customers’ business needs and helping them succeed.

  • Have in-depth understanding of Cherry Street Energy’s value proposition and significant PV experience.

  • Advise internal teams on process and service improvements / suggestions based on customer feedback.

  • Provide sales quotes and respond to requests for proposals with quick turnaround times. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales role

  • Extensive experience in generating own book of business

  • Significant experience with CRMs, ideally Hubspot

  • Proven record of success turning sales pipeline into closed business

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Schedule Flexibility - availability to work nights and weekends (when necessary) 

  • Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

  • Willingness to be mentored, eager to learn
