Job Summary
We’re seeking a Foreman to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing our renewable energy construction projects, including our generation systems' AC and DC components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.

Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Train and mentor junior staff and new hires.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor, and materials used.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Job Requirements

Proven experience as a construction foreman or in a similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.

Experience with renewable energy projects is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
