Job Summary
Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
Job Responsibilities
A Fulfillment I Associate is responsible for but not limited the following:
- Works in one of the designated roles: Product Picking (parcel), Product Packing (parcel), Shipping Associate (parcel)
- Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
- Maintains safety rules throughout shift
- Safely operates machinery within the warehouse (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.
- Understands production workflow processes
Job Requirements
High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience
