Job Summary

EBSCO Sign Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to take an active role in service delivery and to facilitate the bidding/selection of installers to deploy our product across a national footprint. This is a strategic position that will be in Sarasota, Florida and will work within the Sales Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Adheres to program standards with a deep understanding of service order process, communication guidelines with front line sales, operations and manufacturing business units. Strong analytical and interpretive skills are required to effectively guide service orders from inception through to product delivery.
  • Ability to interpret and translate engineered and electrical drawings.
  • Coordinate internal resources, the factory, and outside vendors for project execution.
  • Ensures that all projects are on time and reports milestones to customer when completed.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and internal departments.
  • Verify specifications required to match customers’ expectations.
  • Manages changes to the project.
  • Track project performance to ensure short and long-term goals are met.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree or 3 years’ experience managing projects.
  • 3+ years working as a member of a high volume, results oriented Sales organization.
  • At least 2-3 years of Service Delivery experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Experience managing simultaneous projects.
  • Background in creating and maintaining detailed project plans and documentation.
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • May require sitting for long periods of time in an office environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Established relationships with Sign Installation companies.
  • Background in permitting, zoning.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products.
