The Opportunity

EBSCO is seeking a President for Vulcan Industries who will lead the business into a new phase of profitable growth. The business is profitable, has a solid balance sheet, and strong momentum. The goal is to execute on this strategy to deliver $100 million+ in revenue by 2027 with expanding gross and operating margins.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The President role is responsible for leading VI in a way that builds and sustains the success of the business over the long term. This includes responsibility for managing and directing overall company performance including commercial/go-to-market activities, manufacturing and distribution, supply chain and operations, human resources and talent acquisition and development, and financial results.


VI is a people-oriented organization, and the President is expected to mentor and interact with team members at all levels to foster team member engagement and growth.

Candidate Qualifications:


Significant business and leadership experience required; 20 years of experience with 10+ years in positions of leadership strongly preferred.


Bachelor’s degree; MBA is preferred
