Job Summary

IMAGEN Brands is seeking a Business Analyst to develop metrics and reports within the Marketing space to help drive the business. Located at our Mason, Ohio location, this position would work with the Marketing team and report to the VP of Marketing.

 

Job Responsibilities

A Business Analyst would be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Manages the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, forecasts, reports, analysis, and dashboards on the key drivers and broad range of metrics across our business
  • Enables effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Collaborates with marketing and product development team members to define marketing forecasts and analyses
  • Identifies, develops, manages, and executes analyses to uncover areas of opportunity
  • Presents written business recommendations that will help shape the marketing roadmap while driving product adoption and engagement
  • Establishes scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Product Development to maintain predictive models for the product lifecycle

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Consumer Product Goods or related industry with an emphasis on business/customer analytics

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to assess marketing effectiveness
  • Ability to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms driving Information Based Selling Ability to work with large-scale, complex datasets while using business intelligence reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence, etc.)
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and working with databases
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to source and provide analysis of data from multiple lenses
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
  • Strong eye for detail in the business analytics space
  • Ability to sit in an office environment and/or in front of a computer for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Experience working in the promotional products industry
