Job Summary

IMAGEN Brands is looking for a self-starting, dynamic individual to help our sales team grow the business and territory. As a National  Accounts Manager, you will be proactively communicating with our national account customer base via phone, email, and video conferencing.  This role would partner with the National Accounts Sales Managers to achieve established forecast goals.  The National Accounts Manager position would be located at our Mason, Ohio office, or remote, and would report to the VP of Sales. 

Job Responsibilities

A National Accounts Manager would be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Primary focus will be the national accounts, however also responsible for supporting the National Accounts Sales Manager in the field
  • Proactively contacts customers offering selling ideas, pricing and information to grow sales for IMAGEN Brand products
  • Holds regular meetings with the National Accounts Sales Manager to review weekly outcomes, outline objectives and set sales goals
  • Provides a weekly territory summary that details job related activities, opportunities and trends in the territory
  • Identifies pain points for customers and offer solutions to those needs to influence a customer’s decision to buy
  • Completes any special projects or assignments, as requested by the District Sales Manager
  • Provides quick responses to the National Accounts Sales Manager, customers, emails, project requests and quotes
  • Follows up daily on quotes and large orders to secure new and repeat business
  • Assists with merchandising corporate programs and customer websites
  • Meets monthly with the District Sales Manager to outline objectives and set monthly sales goals
  • Facilitates trade shows and customer visits to assist the National Accounts Sales Managers as needed
  • Backs up other Account Management team according to the business needs
  • Works cross functionally to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Manages and navigates all systems including Syteline and CSM

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, High School diploma/ GED or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales or customer service related role
  • Ability to a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time on occasion when there is a business need

  • Proficiency on use of computers and Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to sit in an office environment and/ or in front of a computer for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

 

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding or experience working in the promotional products industry
  • Experience working in a relationship-based sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
