GENERAL PURPOSE:

Concentrates on servicing and maintaining assigned account base in conjunction with the Kwikboost Channel Sales Representative. Account maintenance focused on supporting customers through various communication and portals, projects completed in Excel, confirming pricing and order fulfillment, and order entry duties.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:

 

  • Support Channel Sales Representative with new product launches, complete account maintenance and administrative work in order to achieve company profit and sales goals
  • Work with other sales team members to execute strategic plans to grow accounts, identify opportunities and ensure KPI’s are being met
  • Service, develop, and maintain customer information ensuring they have the latest materials, pricing, and product offerings
  • Order entry responsibility within assigned accounts
  • Project completion including product uploads, data entry and manipulation via spreadsheets
  • Daily pricing, phone calls, emails, freight quotes, open order report etc.
  • Create & maintain customer records in CRM

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Interacting with other departments, including Marketing, Purchasing, Accounting, Customer Service
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • High School diploma or GED

 

 

 

Computer equipment and level of software requirements:

 

  • Intermediate PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Outlook
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience using ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) for review customer, product, pricing and sales data
