The Paid Media Social Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to build an incredible ecommerce brand with vision and high growth. Paid Media Social Specialist will support paid media team in accomplishing our ambitious growth plans. Specifically, they will implement, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to exceed the brand goals on social ad channels.


Paid Media Social Specialist’s primary responsibility supporting the team includes planning, creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across social ad channels. The Paid Media Social Specialist will also be responsible for writing text ads. This position should be looking for new opportunities to advertise and exponentially grow the business. This position does not include organic posting on social media. Requires an analytical, detail-oriented individual who is deadline driven and able to stay organized while multitasking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:


  • Create paid advertising campaigns for across a variety of placements across social channels including: Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
  • Optimize paid ads to business determined targets.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
  • Conduct audience/keyword research and selection for campaigns.
  • Submit social support tickets.
  • Compile data into reports to provide team with efficiencies.
  • Plan, manage, analyze A/B testing for campaigns.
  • Testing and optimizing creative for each social channel.
  • Execute / Implement new Skai automations.
  • Input Skai dimensions and run audits
  • Seek out and initiate new opportunities to grow advertising ie: new ad channels, new ad types, new partners, etc.
  • Learn and stay up-to-date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry research.
  • Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day.

  • Work History Requirements:
    • Minimum 3-5 year experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn.
    • eCommerce experience preferred
  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelors Degree


Computer equipment and level of software requirements:


  • Marketing technology experience:
    • Facebook Ads Manager
    • Facebook Commerce Manager
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Office Suite – especially strong Excel
  • Shopify experience would be a bonus


Specific Knowledge, licenses, certifications REQUIRED:
