The Digital Marketing Associate’s role is to perform daily activities to support the Online Marketing Manager in executing strategies and running the eCommerce websites.


The Digital Marketing Associate’s primary responsibility is to support the Online Marketing Manager in executing SEO and SEM strategies for our multiple websites. This includes the planning, creating, optimizing and analyzing search campaigns, writing text ads, shopping ads, display advertising, and remarketing, manage blog content, and produce email marketing campaigns. This position requires independent thinking, ability to manage their day to day responsibilities without direction, and initiative. An amazing opportunity for a smart, fast self starter!


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:


  • Manage Stand Steady’s subdomain websites: Review SEO insights to optimize website performance for better search engine ranking. Research competitors, web development principles, and user experience metrics (bounce rate, conversions, etc.). Build site pages and implement programs and applications to drive website revenue.
  • Build and manage ad campaigns to key business KPIs on Google, Bing, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
  • Plan, manage, analyze A/B testing for SEO and SEM
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects
  • Write attractive and concise copy
  • Manage blog: producing content, researching competitors, setting deadlines, sourcing content, producing necessary creative material.
  • Produce email marketing campaigns and manage subscription list, planning and executing scheduled campaigns and automations. Makes changes based on competitor research and user metrics (open rate, click rate, conversions).
  • Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day



  • Special projects as assigned, may include coordinating kiosks, public relations, and other tasks as needed

  • Work History Requirements:
    • 1 year website management OR ecommerce OR design


  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
