We are on an ambitious growth journey and seeking a client services specialist for our Commercial Lines Division – (business insurance including property and casualty, worker’s compensation and other commercial programs for business and industry).

In this role you will:

  • Provide support to client managers, producers and other team members when needed.
  • Under supervision, provide administrative and operational support to existing accounts and clients. 
  • Under supervision, issue and process various insurance documents, such as Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Coverage, billing certificates, renewals, etc.
  • Under supervision, process policy renewal requests and endorsements.
  • Input and track activities in account management systems.

 

You have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

 

You may have:

  • Prior insurance experience
