We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst with solid Salesforce Admin skills to join our team in Dallas. We'd like you to have experience with supporting sales teams, a background in technology and a passion for data and how it can help businesses be more efficient in customer interactions is essential in this role. We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who can provide strategic consultation and expertise across the sales organization for continuing growth and development. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall Sales Operations process by designing workflows to process opportunities from inception to close.
  • Monitor the Salesforce environment to maintain clean hygiene within the system to ensure accurate reporting of data.
  • Daily administration, technical, and functional support for Salesforce and database, including but not limited to handling user setup, customization of objects, complex formula fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate and consult with internal management to ensure that the design and functionality of the platform is driving efficiency and value for the Sales Organization.
  • Customize reporting and dashboards for the Sales and Marketing teams along with the training / support needed to utilize these tools.
  • Build and help standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
  • Create Quarterly Business Recaps seasonally in support of Sales to present internally
  • Represent Sales goals while integrating with product, procurement, customer service and logistics.
  • Partner with sales managers and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing.
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the Sales and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Manage and maintain third party apps and make recommendations on additions that can provide better user experiences and operational efficiencies.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years as a certified Salesforce.com administrator and subject matter expert strongly preferred.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information in clear, concise, and easy-to-understand terms with personnel across the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive cohesion and collaboration among many different people & functions
  • Exceptional personal, professional selling skills & advanced computer skills. (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements and ensure local execution and business impact
  • Track record in change management with sales enablement projects, working in collaboration with Marketing, IT, and Finance
  • Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, salesforce.com/SFDC, reporting, forecasting, territory management, and sales quotas).
  • Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Eagerness to investigate & learn new technologies and platform features, along with the ability to translate these into practical implementations within the business.
  • Self-starter with ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales operations role (Management a plus)
