Consumer Subscription Services (CSS) is searching for a new Inside Sales Representative to make outgoing calls to existing customers.  The calls are for customer retention which includes renewal orders, customer service issues and handling various requests as well as educating customers on additional services.  Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to secure renewals as well as generate new sales
  • Work in multiple internal systems to resolve customer issues
  • Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive and determined attitude
  • Receive inbound customer service calls as needed

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.  This can include experience in a retail environment
  • 1+ year hands on experience in utilizing MS Office
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous sales experience preferred
