The Executive Project Manager plays a critical role in driving focus, alignment, and accountability across EBSCO Industries. Working in close partnership with the executive leadership team, this role transforms strategic vision into a disciplined, measurable roadmap and ensures that priorities are executed consistently across the enterprise.
This is an opportunity for a highly structured, business‑minded leader to act as the connective tissue of the organization—bringing clarity to strategy, rigor to execution, and rhythm to leadership operations. The Executive Project Manager serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders, reinforcing Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) disciplines and enabling scalable, data‑driven growth.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & VTO Ownership
- Own and steward the Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO), ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the organization.
- Lead quarterly updates to the VTO and confirm all executive initiatives directly support 1‑year and 3‑year targets.
- Act as a strategic sounding board for the executive team to ensure priorities remain focused and actionable.
Leadership Meeting Cadence & Facilitation
- Orchestrate and facilitate weekly Executive Leadership Team (XLT) meetings
- Own agendas, document Issues, track To‑Dos, and drive follow‑through—ensuring meetings are efficient, decisive, and outcomes‑oriented.
Enterprise Scorecard & KPI Management
- Own the Company Scorecard, monitoring high‑level KPIs and performance trends.
- Surface insights, flag risks early, and partner with leaders to maintain a rigorously data‑driven operating culture.
Quarterly Execution & “Rock” Accountability
- Track and monitor progress against 90‑day “Rocks” at the executive level.
- Facilitate follow‑up conversations to remove obstacles, reinforce accountability, and ensure commitments are met.
Process Integration & Operating System Discipline
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to document, standardize, and reinforce core processes, building a scalable enterprise operating system.
- Support alignment across leadership levels—from CEO (L0) and Executive Leadership Team (L1) to future expansion across Business Unit leaders (L2) and Board of Directors.
Executive Accountability & Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Serve as the “glue” for the leadership team, ensuring accountability to departmental goals and seamless communication across functions.
- Foster trust, transparency, and disciplined execution while maintaining an objective, enterprise‑wide perspective.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, MIS, or similar.
- 8 + years of professional work experience in project management, operations, or similar field.
- Proven proficiency with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Prior experience in a PMO, Strategy, or Operations leadership role
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to connect strategy to execution
- Highly data‑driven mindset with comfort interpreting and acting on KPIs
- Exceptional facilitation and executive‑level communication skills

Essential Job Function
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk while working on a computer, reviewing financial documents, and analyzing data using software applications and spreadsheets.
- Capable of viewing and interpreting information on computer screens for prolonged periods, including detailed financial reports, spreadsheets, and data visualizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person during meetings, presentations, and collaborations with team members and stakeholders throughout the office environment.
