We are looking for an experienced Sydney based Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of e-journals and e-books to libraries across NSW and the ACT.

The successful candidate is a driven, customer focussed sales professional with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills. You can take strategic objectives to market through sound judgement, collaborating effectively, and following through on commitments. Based in Sydney, you will work with a team made up of people who, through their energy and positive contributions, create momentum for their teams and our company. The job is challenging but rewarding, you will be expected to meet revenue targets and build strong relationships with libraries in the region.

  • Strategically use data driven analysis in your sales approach to maintain and grow business for our library customers looking for evidence-based solutions.
  • Successfully build robust customer relationships and execute on each of your sales plans.
  • Always maintain the highest level of professional written and verbal communication both internally and with customers.
  • At the end of your first year, success will be achieving targets for revenue, opportunity pipeline, and activity levels in the market.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales in comparable industries with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Interstate and some international travel will be required for the purpose of presentations, consultative selling meetings, conferences and training.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field will be highly regarded.
