Dedicated to improving business processes, data quality, and accessibility, the Technical Integration Developer creates innovative solutions that solve complex business operations problems. Navigating internal and/or external data sources, including large, complex data sets, the Technical Integration Developer supports various projects, identifies business needs, and proposes and implements IT solutions to ensure that Content Integration Teams and Leadership have the product, user, content, and operations data they need to make and capture critical business decisions.
The Technical Integration Developer leads innovation and operational excellence by designing, implementing, and supporting Low-Code applications that provides access to large datasets and streamline business operations. They maintain data architecture standards, testing and validation, and proactive optimization of internal business processes.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Low-Code tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign and AppSheet that facilitate Publisher Relations workflows
- Analyze organizational data and workflows to recommend scalable solutions for continuous improvement and solving complex challenges; model and evaluate the potential impact of changes
- Utilize various software tools for data extraction, analysis, reporting and monitoring, ensuring data sources and metrics are reliable, repeatable and valid - escalate blockers with the right level of urgency to the right audience.
- Optimize data and performance within the applicable Low-Code tools to maximize benefit to the business Stakeholders
- Clearly document technical details to various stakeholders of different technical levels
- Support leadership and business teams with timely, recurring and ad-hoc reporting, analysis
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to internal users for existing and future workflows
- Operates effectively in a ‘Team of Teams’ environment - shares knowledge/experience, fosters collaboration and collective team success
- Effectively participates in Big Room Planning (PIP), team ‘stand ups’ and all Program Increment-related ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience in Low-Code development, data engineering, business intelligence, data science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Low-Code applications such as Salesforce, DocuSign, AppSheet, or Microsoft Power Tools suite
- 5+ years of experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in communicating with leadership teams, technical and non-technical stakeholders, and others to define requirements, convey strategy, and inform business decisions
- Experience with software development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, project management and presentation skills
- Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment
- Experience with modern language (Python, Java, Javascript, etc.)
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
- 2+ years of experience with Rally (other electronic workflow management systems), MS Teams
Target Annual Compensation Range: $82,840 - $118,340
