Mission: 

The Stacks Coordinator is responsible for tracking, coordinating, and driving cross departmental collaboration on all Stacks sales and trials, covering all markets worldwide.  The position will work closely with SaaS sales team, SaaS Product Management, Customer Satisfaction, and the Stacks team in Canada.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Stacks trial process – requests trial instances, send trial welcome letters, schedule trial reviews and work with customers to customize.
  • Works closely with Stacks AE and SaaS Sales Manager to answer general and technical follow up questions after demos and during the trial and sale process.
  • Liaises between the EBSCO SaaS Sales team and the Stacks PM team
    • Helps to prioritize development and roadmaps based on customer feedback.
    • Relays customer feedback and suggestions.
    • Engage with professional service team on opportunities with Stacks.
  • Coordinates and acts as the sales central contact with our implementation team for Stacks sales.
  • Develops a strong understanding of the different Stacks services and how they are positioned in various markets and geographic regions.
  • Developing technical aptitude to make changes and customizations to the Stacks interfaces.
  • Collaborate with sales training team and SaaS trainer to support internal training initiatives and ensure sales training collateral is always current. 
  • Ability to provide customer demos when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting a high paced sales organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate a proven track record of collaborating in a team environment.
  • Effective communication (speaking and writing)

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with EBSCO products and services
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
