Mission:

The mission of the FOLIO Sales Coordinator is to assist and drive forward all initiatives on reporting, feedback, and alignment for FOLIO. The FOLIO Sales Coordinator will be act as the liaison between SaaS Sales and SaaS Product Management to help align on opportunities for development, training, and all special projects The FOLIO Sales Coordinator will be an instrumental role assisting in alignment, documentation, and processes and will report directly the Director of FOLIO Sales Enablement.  

 

Responsibilities:

·         Document and maintain FOLIO Sales integration checklist and FOLIO Sales playbook

·         Act as Sales liaison between SaaS Sales, FOLIO Implementation Consultants, and Implementation Project Managers regarding all FOLIO Sales activity and requirements, in support of Director of FOLIO Sales

·         Track all FOLIO regional special offers and align with appropriate Sales teams on activity related to offers within their territories

·         Assist with FOLIO Sales order processing workflows and partner with accounting on any FOLIO partner sales royalty questions

·         Collect feedback from worldwide Sales Management and SaaS Sales Directors on future training opportunities to be incorporated into ongoing FOLIO sales training programs

·         Coordinate with Director of FOLIO Sales to fulfill FOLIO Sales-related administrative and reporting responsibilities

·         Collaborate with FOLIO Product Management to create, update, and maintain repository of existing and prospective FOLIO customer feedback 

·         Coordinate all FOLIO Sales projects in collaboration with Director of FOLIO Sales 

·         Document and maintain running list of all FOLIO and EBSCO ERM Sales orders including allocations per order component

Required Qualifications:

  • Driven, detailed, and process oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while keeping focused on core goals
  • 1+ year of experience supporting selling, training, or supporting efforts in a high-paced sales organization and experience with EBSCO products and services
  • Awareness or experience with integrated library systems and/or Agile/SAFE software development practices highly valued
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work experience demonstrating professional drive & performance/outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate a proven track record of collaborating in a team environment
  • Effective communication (speaking, writing, presenting, training, documentation, technical writing)
