EBSCO Learning is seeking a highly driven and organized summer intern to help extend the capabilities of the product management team as we create engaging lifelong and professional development products. The EBSCO Learning intern will work collaboratively with the team to develop, implement, and optimize content initiatives and help us further expand our product offerings and understand competitors within the corporate learning space.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • New Content Workflow: Assist with the creation and posting of new learning content, including the formatting and editing of text and/or images using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Content Updates: Ensure content remains evergreen by updating templates and PDFs using Adobe InDesign.
  • New Product Support: Assist with tasks related to the creation and development of our new direct-to-consumer product, LevelUp Leader.
  • Market Research: Conduct product and competitive research across a range of corporate learning competitors and products.
  • Special Projects: Perform other tasks as required by the Content Strategy & Operations Manager and EBSCO Learning team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full-time student entering the final year of their bachelor's degree (graduating December 2023 or May 2024)
  • Preferably majoring in Communications, English, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently/remotely
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Writing/editing experience
  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with learning products (e.g., content management systems)
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop
