The Discovery Analysis Coordinator is responsible for the creation of analyses and reports detailing how EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) can be implemented for customers.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Creation of all types of EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) analyses and reports
  • These analyses and reports are used as a tool for the Sales and EDS to ensure customer EDS setups are optimal and correct.
  • This position requires the ability to work effectively with Sales Management and make good decisions with regard to these analyses
  • Work on specialized and/or custom projects as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or one year of related experience in a professional environment
  • 1+ years using Microsoft Excel


Preferred Qualifications

  • MLS/MLIS or knowledge of libraries and the publishing industry are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Access
  • Ability to learn new Web applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
