Main Functions and Tasks

  • Report directly to the Sales VP.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the Sales team and travel with them to generate business opportunities in all lines of business
  • Identify best commercial strategy to increase sales
  • Assign commercial area (territory split) and establishment of priorities for each RSM.
  • Set annual sales objectives to team members and strategize how to achieve them .
  • Establish team travel efficiency
  • Mediate or solve any issue or dispute with customers. Development, support and maintenance of the commercial relationship with the whole customer portfolio..
  • Organize frequent visits to both customers and prospects and provide a visit report for each meeting to the management team.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Field Support, etc) on sales opportunities  

 

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Experience in a similar position
  • High level on English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Medium-high level on MS office package (especially Word and Excel)
  • Experience with tender processes
  • Availability to travel 70% of the time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate, organize, set priorities and motivate a team
  • Good listener.
