  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Agile Product Owners, and fellow Content Integration Engineers to support scoping and executing projects as part of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises) planning process
  • Develop a technical understanding of a large scale, multifaceted ETL pipeline, and use that understanding to diagnose errors, identify areas for optimization, and deliver content to customers
  • Collaborate with other CI Engineers on ETL tool configurations, evaluating existing tools and proposing ideas for innovative solutions
  • Use facts, data, metrics, and structured problem-solving methods (such as A3) to craft a narrative and make the case for change, within the team’s strategic goals
  • Adapt to and lead change in with a relentless eye for improvement
  • Act as a peer-coach and mentor to fellow Content Integration Engineers
  • Take an active role in planning short- and long-term efforts for yourself and your team
