  1. The Post:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service Teams through processing of high-volume back office routine activity, administration and ad-hoc tasks
  • Responsible for entire claims process including investigation, validation, updating relevant systems and communication with publishers and internal departments by email and phone
  • Regular and transparent communication with manager and colleagues on progress of claims and other work 




  1. The Candidate


Essential requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Grades A-C in Maths and English
  • Intermediate level of competence with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a customer services support environment



  • Experience of working in an office environment, ideally within a customer service or support role
  • Excellent at building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong customer service focus
