Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate defined market sales effort in conjunction with the Account Executive Manager (AEM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Field Sales Representative (FSR) and National Sales Director UK & Ireland (NSD)
  • Work with Account Executive Managers and National Sales Director to determine own sales quotas. 
  • Be constantly looking for additional sales opportunities.
  • Develop knowledge in all aspects of the sales position, including CRM software, product knowledge, negotiation skills, competitive knowledge, and territory strategising.
  • Plan and be responsible for subscription renewal strategy along with Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales Representative
  • Book Regional Sales Manager appointments as required.
  • Produce ongoing customer / prospect sales opportunity reports for constant evaluation.
  • Continually monitor live account and trial usage.
  • Follow up and close prospects.



Essential requirements:

  • Fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Able to learn complex suite of products in a short period of time


  • Ideally at least 1 year’s previous experience in a client sales/account management environment
  • Demonstrate employment stability with a minimum of 1 year plus with the same company or a progressive career path in sales.



  • Client sales/account management experience would be ideal
  • Proven ability to be proactive and reactive to sales opportunities
  • Excellent at building and maintaining customer relationships
